A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking an experienced and skilled Crane Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, suitable for men who have prior experience operating cranes and are looking for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine crane setup and operation
- Inspect crane equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification/license from an accredited institution
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
