Executive Chef



We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at our upscale restaurant in Isa Town. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your culinary expertise and leadership skills will ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop seasonal menus that incorporate fresh, local ingredients
- Oversee food preparation and presentation while maintaining high quality standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs to ensure profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional events or special menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in menu planning, costing, and inventory management
- A passion for creating innovative dishes using local, seasonal ingredients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus benefits based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Isa Town, Bahrain. Applicants must be able to legally work in Bahrain.
