Executive Chef


Our restaurant in Isa Town is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a creative approach to developing new and exciting dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and showcase high-quality ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining classic menu items
- Attention to detail in plating presentations and overall food quality
- Ability to manage food costs without sacrificing quality or portion sizes

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Isa Town, Bahrain. We welcome candidates of any nationality who are legally able to work in Bahrain.
