Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online English lessons with students of various ages and levels
- Create lesson plans and materials based on students' learning needs and goals
- Provide timely feedback and assessment on students' progress
- Monitor and track students' attendance, performance, and participation
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other tutors to share teaching strategies and resources
- Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably online
- Strong understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation rules
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with students from diverse backgrounds
- Tech-savvy with reliable internet connection and proficient in using online teaching platforms
