Architectural Technologist - English Speaking (Sheduva, Lithuania)



We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and other professionals to develop and implement design concepts for various construction projects. You will be responsible for producing technical drawings, creating detailed plans and specifications, and coordinating with contractors to ensure that designs are accurately executed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts for construction projects
- Produce technical drawings and detailed plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Create specifications for materials, finishes, and equipment used in the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with contractors to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
