Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of construction projects, using your technical expertise and knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings
- Ensure all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Assist with project management by coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction techniques
- Provide technical support to the design team

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.
