Surveyor - Land and Property
The surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys in the city of Mombasa. They will use specialized equipment to measure and map out land boundaries, topographical features, and existing structures. The candidate must have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent attention to detail. They will work closely with clients, government agencies, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of surveys. This position requires physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions, as well as strong communication skills for effectively communicating technical information to non-technical clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in land surveying and hold a relevant degree or certification in surveying or a related field. Indian nationals with English proficiency are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one through the company's sponsorship program.
