Land Surveyor

We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Mombasa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information. You will also be required to prepare reports and maps based on your findings and provide accurate data for construction projects.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using GPS, total stations, and other equipment
- Record measurements and data accurately
- Prepare reports and maps based on survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on construction projects
- Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Mombasa, but we welcome applicants from other cities as well.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required for this role.

Experience Requirement:
No previous experience is required for this role. However, candidates with prior surveying experience will be given preference.
