Our bakery in Nizwa is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. You will need to have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of different baking techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure even baking
- Decorate baked goods with icing or other toppings as required
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain equipment used in the baking process
- Train new employees on baking techniques and safety procedures
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina and able to stand for long periods of time

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian or Kenyan cuisine. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
