Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both remotely and on-site. You will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated on new technology trends and developments in the industry
- Train clients on how to use new systems or applications
- Travel to client locations to provide on-site support when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
