Entry-level Construction Manager


We are a rapidly growing construction company based in El-Ain, seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry-level Construction Manager. This position is suitable for Kenyan nationals with excellent English language skills and a strong interest in the construction industry.

As an Entry-level Construction Manager, you will assist senior management in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and update senior management on any delays or issues
- Participate in site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
