Merchandiser - El-Ain, India


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in El-Ain, India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, creating visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring products are stocked and presented in an appealing manner. You will work closely with our sales team to analyze market trends and customer preferences in order to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this position, so local candidates are preferred. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight our products
- Work with sales team to determine product placement strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness
- Train sales associates on proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
