Experienced Barista in Khasab

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Khasab. As a Barista, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve various types of coffee and tea beverages, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. This job is open for Indian nationals with good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to customers' preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times in the coffee station area
- Take orders from customers, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain inventory of coffee supplies and equipment, and report any shortages or damages to the manager
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant setting
- Good knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with good communication skills (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as per business needs

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Visa: Candidates must have their own valid visa or be willing to transfer their sponsorship to our company.
