Entry Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Plovdiv. As an entry level position, this role is perfect for freshers and individuals with an interest in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining product displays, ensuring product availability, and conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain product displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to set pricing strategies based on market trends
- Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for favorable terms
- Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions on product assortment, promotions, and pricing
- Visit stores regularly to ensure products are displayed correctly according to company standards
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have own visa/working permit for Plovdiv
