We are currently seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases and ensuring their security, availability, and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems to ensure data integrity and availability
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely solutions
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance
- Create backup and recovery plans for all databases
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access
- Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures for new applications
- Analyze and report on database trends and usage patterns to identify potential issues or improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Familiarity with database design principles and data normalization techniques
- Experience in database backup, recovery, and security procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas, however we are open to considering remote candidates who are willing to relocate if necessary.
