Plasterer


We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. You will use your knowledge of different types of plaster and techniques to ensure a smooth and durable finish. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Measure and mix plaster according to instructions or specifications
- Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure an even texture
- Create decorative finishes as requested by clients
- Repair damaged or cracked plaster as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of different types of plaster, including lime, cement, gypsum, etc.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in plastering such as trowels, brushes,and spray guns
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
