IT Manager - Akron, Philippines

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Akron, Philippines. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure and systems of our organization. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of information technology within the company.
- Manage the budget for all IT-related expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network security, systems administration, and database management.
- Experience with project management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred:
- Prior experience working in the Philippines or familiarity with Filipino culture.
- Biometric passport for ease of travel between countries.
