Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (English Speaking) in Akron, USA



Our restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Akron, USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and leading a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as experience working with Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the chef to design menus that reflect authentic Indian cuisine
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy Indian cuisine restaurant
- Fluency in English is essential, as well as knowledge of Indian cuisine terminology
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
