Restaurant Manager in Akron, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, as well as free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and employees

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, menu development, and cost control measures
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
