Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpreting survey data and creating detailed maps, drawings, and reports
- Identifying property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Performing calculations for land measurements and preparing survey reports
- Following safety protocols while working on construction sites or in remote locations
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members
