We are in search of a skilled Shaper to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and smoothing various materials using hand tools and machines. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate hand and power tools to shape materials
- Study blueprints or technical drawings to understand project requirements
- Measure and mark materials according to specifications
- Trim and smooth edges using various tools
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shaping or carpentry preferred but not required
- Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labor
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
