Industrial Painter


Our company, located in Malindi, is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of surfaces using different techniques and tools. Your work will contribute to the aesthetic appeal and protection of various industrial structures and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and have at least 2 years of experience in industrial painting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking as needed
- Mix and apply paint or other coatings using spray guns, brushes, rollers or other methods
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint for long-lasting results
- Repair any damage or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Follow all safety guidelines while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different surface preparation techniques
- Familiarity with various types of paints, coatings, and application methods
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings to determine best approach for painting
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full-time position.
