Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the building is being built according to the approved plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction phase
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Experience with project management and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction
