Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in Eschen. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Suggest menu items and answer any questions about the menu
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards
- Ensure tables are properly set up and clean before seating new guests
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and tact
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean work area and assist with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Eschen, a beautiful city known for its picturesque views and rich culture. While knowledge of English is preferred, being fluent in English is not required.
