Network and Systems Administrator

Our growing company is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Gujrat on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. We are looking for someone with experience in network administration and system support, who is detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Troubleshoot network issues as they arise
- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate security measures
- Provide technical support to users for any system or network related issues
- Create and maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in network administration or system support role
- Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently or in a team setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.
