Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Funchal. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and create custom designs that meet their expectations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-quality websites for clients
- Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements
- Creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for client approval
- Developing responsive web designs that are user-friendly across all devices
- Ensuring the website is optimized for SEO and meets industry standards
- Incorporating visual elements such as graphics, images, and videos into website design
- Conducting regular website maintenance and updates as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design or related field
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs to clients effectively
- A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects is required

Salary: 1200$

Location: Funchal (accommodation may be provided if needed)
