Job Title: IT Manager

Location: US (accommodation provided for all nationalities)

Salary: $1000 per month



We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in the US. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and coordinating with other departments to meet their technology needs.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's technology systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems
- Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to keep our systems current

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new systems within budget and on schedule
