Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Bansko, India
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko, India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
