Office Assistant - Contract Position (Ar-Ruwais, India)
We are a dynamic and growing company in need of an Office Assistant for a contract position in Ar-Ruwais, India. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies, including inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and payments
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken
- No previous experience is necessary, but basic computer skills are preferred
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
