Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the correct location
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait
This is a contract position suitable for foreigners looking for English speaking jobs. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
