Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior developers, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions. You must have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Lead and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Continuously improve processes and procedures related to software development
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software design principles
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience mentoring junior developers is preferred
