Research Scientist - Computer Vision


As a Computer Research Scientist in our cutting-edge technology company based in Akron, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in computer vision. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop algorithms for computer vision applications
- Design and implement experiments to validate algorithms and improve performance
- Analyze data and provide insights for further development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision technology into products
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of computer vision and incorporate new techniques into research projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer vision concepts, such as object detection, tracking, and recognition
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D reconstruction and modeling techniques
- Knowledge of image processing techniques
- Publication record in top-tier conferences/journals related to computer vision
- Understanding of hardware architectures for implementing computer vision algorithms

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
