Loader Supervisor - Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As the Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of loaders and ensuring that all loading operations are carried out efficiently and on time. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of loaders to ensure smooth and timely loading operations
- Assign tasks to loaders and monitor their progress
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate loading schedules and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including inventory levels, load weights, and delivery times
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations to loaders
- Assist with loading operations when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role is required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads consistently throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential for coordinating with team members from different departments
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading operations is preferred
- Indian or Filipino nationality preferred
