English Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Teacher to join our team in Lom. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English as a second language to students of various ages and levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200, which includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students
- Create lesson plans and materials that cater to the needs of individual students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure student comprehension and engagement
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
