Contract Baker
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while adhering to strict quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in product quality
- Monitor baking process, adjust oven temperatures and bake times as needed
- Decorate and finish products according to customer requests
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays (if necessary)
