Job Title: Preservation Architect


Our architectural firm in Multan is seeking a talented and passionate Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings, their architectural styles, and construction techniques
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for the restoration of historical buildings
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure the preservation work meets all requirements and standards
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is done according to the preservation plan
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Historic Preservation or Conservation
- Experience working on restoration projects for listed or protected historical buildings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
