Office Manager
We are hiring an Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations in our Faisalabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They should have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and purchases
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for employees
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management team
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave requests
- Assist with recruitment processes, such as posting job ads and conducting initial screenings
- Provide administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Salary: $1700/month
