Architecture Manager - Remish, India



As an Architecture Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects in the city of Remish, India. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is executed according to specifications and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide design solutions
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality control
- Manage project documentation and record keeping
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or project management
- Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish, India

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
