Architecture Manager


We are searching for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the development of architectural designs and plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee quality control processes to deliver high-quality projects
- Mentor and develop junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of architecture principles, design standards, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for site visits

Salary: $1500 per month with potential for bonuses

Location: Remish (open to applicants from all African countries)
