Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage project resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as accommodation if needed. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position open to individuals of any nationality who are willing to relocate to Vilnius. No English proficiency is required for this job.
