We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office located in Muscat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of administrative and support staff, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and maintaining a professional and organized office environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and overseeing administrative tasks
- Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Plan and coordinate company events such as meetings, conferences, and team building activities
- Maintain records of expenses and budget for office operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for all external communications such as phone calls, emails, and mail
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the office

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- Fluency in English (both written & spoken)
- Previous experience working with Indian or Filipino employees
- Availability for part-time work without accommodation
- Experience working in an English-speaking environment
- A female candidate
