We are seeking a highly organized and personable Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Khanpur. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming lobby area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel or similar setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Must be comfortable working on a contract basis with accommodation provided
- Female candidates preferred
