Metal Worker



Our company is seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Utena. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and equipment. This position requires a high level of physical strength and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine the layout and materials required for a project
- Cut, shape, and bend metal using various tools such as shears, saws, and presses
- Weld or solder metal pieces together to create a finished product
- Use hand tools and machines to smooth and polish surfaces of finished products
- Repair damaged metal structures or equipment by replacing broken or worn parts
- Test completed products for quality assurance
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working with heavy machinery and sharp tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using various hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and wrenches
- Experience with welding techniques (MIG/TIG) preferred
- Physical strength to work with heavy metals and machinery for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Contract job:
This is a full-time contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
