Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Multan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, creating and implementing menus, managing food costs and inventory, and training and supervising kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create innovative and high-quality dishes
- Experience with menu planning, costing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect our restaurant's concept, using fresh ingredients and creative ideas
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor food costs by accurately tracking inventory levels and minimizing waste
- Ensure all dishes are prepared following recipes and presentation standards set by the restaurant
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items or seasonal specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
