Job Title: Executive Chef
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Multan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of culinary professionals. Your main duties will include creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and food costs, ensuring quality of dishes, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that align with our restaurant's concept and customer preferences
- Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and control food cost by utilizing proper ordering techniques
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before being served to guests
- Train new kitchen staff on menu items, cooking techniques, safety procedures, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management on budget planning, staffing needs, and overall restaurant operations
