Office Administrator
Our growing company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Sofia. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, as well as providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking conference rooms
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including processing paperwork and setting up workstations
- Maintain employee records and update databases as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office budget and track expenses
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with budgeting and expense tracking preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional overtime
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (preference for Indian nationals)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Entry-level/Freshers welcome (experience preferred but not required)
Visa Status: Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Bulgaria/ability to obtain a work visa
Language Requirements: Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
