We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet their needs and are completed within budget and time constraints.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans using various design software
- Collaborate with team members to develop initial concepts for projects
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Incorporate feedback from clients into designs and make necessary changes
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and time constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of construction projects

Salary: $1700 per month
