DevOps Developer - Karachi, Pakistan


We are hiring a skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for our software development and deployment processes. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for software builds, deployments, and testing
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues across all environments
- Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure services
- Implement security measures to protect systems from potential threats
- Develop monitoring tools to proactively identify issues before they affect users

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, scripting languages (Bash/Python), and automation tools (Ansible/Chef/Puppet)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
