Dishwasher - Indian Cuisine


We are seeking an experienced Indian Dishwasher to join our team in Salalah! As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes and utensils are washed and stored properly. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Clean kitchen equipment and appliances as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area including floors, walls, and countertops
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company procedures
- Assist with food prep tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a dishwasher in an Indian cuisine setting
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures for handling food and kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
