Instrument Technician (Indian Nationals Only) - Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment used in our facility. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and equipment used in the facility
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of all instruments
- Create and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and procedures related to instrument maintenance
- Stay updated on the latest developments in instrument technology and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with instruments

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must for this position
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Diploma or certification in Instrumentation or related field
- Strong knowledge of various instruments such as pressure gauges, thermocouples, flow meters, etc.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Nakuru, Kenya. As this position is open only for Indian nationals, knowledge of English is not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation during the contract period.
